Endsem Beckons

So finally my first blog entry . after 3 failed blog accounts with passwords forgotten and zilch entries i have at last got around to actually write something on the net. Strangely enough though my creative pursuits always blossom around important events which deserve far more attention . I guess i am just bad at identifying priorties . This time its the boring and very tiring endsems (end semester examinations at IIT guwahati) . Its been almost 2 years now since i first encountered the dreaded endsems , particularly nasty cause they hit you one after another like a fusillade of embarrasments , hurled mercilessly onto you by pissed off profs (whose classes you missed coz you were dreamin after a night of never endin soaps and movies).

Though you would think after 2 years i would have learnt to cope up with this tiring charade of intelligence testing but i still end up fucking up most of them. Feelings of relief surge through the body after being mauled for 5 days continuosly by trusses and soils and meaningless rants of diff. equations . Mugging for the materials exam you wonder whether you are studying to be an engineer or a contruction worker . Probably the easiest of them to tackle is the Humanities exam. Then again it depends how well had you chosen your elective last sem . A surge of brilliance and wittiness might lead you towards Consumer behaviour (designed to guarantee AA) or alternately an uninformed decision taken with a hint of overconfience might sentence you to four months of boring rants of an idiotic Eco prof.
